Description of the problem	Dealer (durocher dodge, plattsburgh, ny) has yet to complete recall 14v-234 on our family vehicle. I have checked with them numerous times on it and have been told there is no fix. It has now been almost two years since the recall and i have been unable to use my back vent windows. Nobody from the dealership has called me to give me updates and this will eventually lead me to reconnecting the window switch since it is not getting repaired. It is very concerning.
