Description of the problem	The fuel pump stays on after the van is turned off and the keys are removed, sometimes it will kick off if you reinsert the keys and turn it off other times we have to pull the fuse to make it kick off. This has happened on numerous occasions other than today. After doing research i have found out it's a very common occurrence in dodge caravan and also the town and country.
