Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2012 dodge grand caravan. While driving 25 mph, the vehicle would not start when prompted and independently locked all of the doors in the vehicle. The failure prevented the contact from exiting the vehicle. Approximately five minutes later, the contact was able to use the key fobik to open the driver's door. The contact stated that the anti-theft warning indicator illuminated. In addition, while driving 25 mph, the vehicle stalled without warning. The contact stated that the vehicle lost power completely. The contact coasted the vehicle to a nearby parking lot using manual steering.
