Description of the problem	tl* the contact owns a 2012 dodge grand caravan. The contact stated that while driving at 50 mph that the vehicle misfired and the check engine warning light illuminated. The contact stated he diagnosed that the cylinder failed. The contact was able to locate the extended warranty online on the cylinder covered up to 150,000 miles. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer (adams jeep of maryland inc, 3485 churchville, aberdeen, md, 21001) where it was diagnosed and confirmed that the second cylinder had failed and was included under the extended warranty, also that the cam shaft failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure, and confirmed the warranty for the second driver cylinder head, however stated that the cam shaft was not covered under warranty, and by coincidence they both failed at the same time, no further assistance was offered. The failure mileage was approximately 112,000. The vin was unavailable.
