Description of the problem	tl* the contact owns a 2012 dodge grand caravan. The contact stated that while driving at 35 mph, the vehicle stalled without warning. The vehicle would restart however; it failed to shift gears. The vehicle was towed to a local dealer (brown-daub inc, 3903 hecktown rd, easton, pa, 18045) where it was diagnosed that the transmission failed and needed to be repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure under case number: 32110215 and due to the vehicle being over 100,000 miles it no longer was covered by the warranty as a result no further assistance was offered. The vehicle was not repaired. Additionally, the vehicle was taken to the dealer a total of three times due to the contact experiencing difficulties in shifting gears. The failure was unable to be duplicated. In addition, the contact mentioned in october of 2015 the engine had to be replaced. The failure mileage was approximately 133,000.
