Description of the problem	The car shuts off/ stalls while driving. Almost got into accident with infant in van because it did it several times while driving 20mph on residential road. Van just shuts completely off steering and brakes lock. But once car stops put into park its able to start right back up again... I have read online recall on ignition switch but only on dodge grand caravan 2008-2010.. I think it should be extended because it is happening with mine which is a 2012. Mechanic can't find any error codes.
