Description of the problem	Van shuts off while driving - 3x in a fifteen minute span. Loss of steering and ability to control the car. Only 70k miles - extremely dangerous. Must put the car in park to turn it back on. Local mechanic cannot diagnose the problem because the diagnostic computer is not sent any kind of signal. Battery has been tested 3x and found to be working normally. Mechanic drove the car approximately 25 miles over 3 separate periods to repeat the engine failure and could not. Says he cannot 'fix' a problem if it cannot be detected.
