Description of the problem	The blend door actuator is failing. It has not worked for over a year. The passenger side front and rear vents will only produce hot air no matter what temperature it is on. There has been a recall for this part for the 2014 and 2015 models; i believe other years should be included. If you search online, this is a very common issue with the 2012 model.
