| Description of the problem | Vehicle has issues starting. At first i thought it was an intermittent electrical problem but then my vehicle stalled on the freeway. I took it in to be serviced in december 2016 and they could not duplicate the problem and concluded that nothing was wrong with the vehicle. Since december the vehicle has stalled while driving on the freeway close to10 times. After much research and reading other people's stories it seems this is an ongoing issue with a defective tipm. There was a recall on dodge caravans made between 2008-2011. This defect is clearly present in other years and models and i find this alarming that dodge/chrysler has done nothing. This is a huge safety concern and as a mom to 3 young children, driving a defective, unreliable and unsafe car is unacceptable. |
