Description of the problem	Wipers not shutting off even with vehicle completely off and key out. Wiper column switch and wiper motor replaced and still doing same thing. Troubleshot to tipm bad and will need to be replaced. Quoted $1200 - $1400 to replace. We have 5 children and this is our only family vehicle and do not have access to that kind of cash.
