Description of the problem	2011 dodge grand caravan. Consumer writes in regards to defective vehicle tires. *smd the consumer stated his wife noticed the left front tire was flat. The tow truck driver removed the tire, and replaced it with the spare. An inspection of the tire, revealed heavy deterioration inside and outside the rubber and a separation of the rubber exposing the inner metals. The dealer agreed to replace the faulty the tire. Also, the tires on the rear, were showing the same signs, as the front.
