Description of the problem	After vehicle sits for a period of time especially when it is cold or wet out the vehicle will continue to turn over without starting the fuel pump relay is not opperating at all times as it's faulty with no way to replace it as it is not separate entity from the tipm circuit board. So there are days where the vehicle is not drivable as it will not start do to the problem of no fuel being injected into the engine due to a bad or faulty fuel pump relay.
