Description of the problem	Fuel relay is stuck in the open condition causing a no start. Vehicle will crank but will not start. Further testing revealed open contact on the integrated fuel relay. Vehicle will run if /when relay is by passed. Vehicle was towed in due to no start. Replaced (alternator and starter and serpentine belt) all were tested and found to be defective (internally electrical burnt).
