Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2011 dodge caravan vehicle would not immediately start owner became stranded fuse faulty, electrical fault the contact stated that while attempting to start the engine the vehicle would not immediately start. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer jim rieho jeep(32899 van dyke, warren mi.) who replaced the starter but the failures continued to occur. The contact discovered a tsb(08-02411 rev-a) related to the failure which referenced the m27 fuse repair. The m27 fuse was pull out and reset and the failure was corrected. The manufacturer was notified of the failure but no assistance was offered. The failure mileage was 110,000.
