Description of the problem	Almost 67,000miles, 2011 dodge grand caravan v6 automatic. Vehicle has become hard to start and will occasionally die or act fuel starved while driving at low speed (15-25mph). Took vehicle in to dealer for service and was told i have a faulty tipm module. After researching a bit online this appears to be a common issue for dodge vehicles for years 2007-2015. For such a common issue i cannot understand why there is not a recall.
