Description of the problem	Totally integrated power module (tipm) failed. Engine would not start while car was stationary. Fuel pump relay within the tipm was malfunctioning, preventing power from getting to the fuel pump, therefore preventing proper operation of the fuel pump. I understand this problem can also manifest itself as either loss of power while driving, or a continual running of the fuel pump, even when vehicle is off (thereby draining the battery).
