Description of the problem	2010 dodge grand caravan. Consumer states problem with cruise control/transmission tgw the consumer stated the problem he encountered occurred while driving with the cruise control engaged. We he approached the top of a hill, the cruise control reduced speed, but instead of coasting down hill, the vehicle seemed to downshift to low gear. The cruise control would not disengage with either the brake or the cancel button. The cruise control would not disengage until the speed was less than 15 mph. jb
