Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2010 dodge grand caravan. While driving 30 mph, the traction control indicator illuminated and the steering wheel became difficult to turn. The contact experienced difficulty depressing the brake pedal, which had to be depressed all the way to the floorboard to stop the vehicle.
