Description of the problem	This problem has happened numerous times and continues to do so. When the van is running and in park it will not shift out of park unless i play with the key (jostle it around) the shift lever then is very hard to shift (as if it is half engaged). When the van is off i try to start the car but it doesn't start unless i remove the key and put it back in numerous times. The key has come out while it was running and i could not turn the car off until i put it back in the ignition and played with it for a few minutes. From the forums i have read this sounds exactly like what is happening with the recalled ignition parts but my vin number doesn't seem to be on that recall list? There is no key-chain on the keys and never had any.
