Description of the problem	After starting my van, i will turn on my headlights and they will flicker on and then off really quick. This happens randomly. I will wait a few minutes and try again and the same thing will happen. I can flip the high beams on and they will flicker on and then right off. However, the fog lights will come on. I can usually sit and wait about 10 to 15 minutes and the lights will usually come on.
