Description of the problemMy head lights intermittently blink when i turn on my vehicle as well as when i'm driving down the road. The running lights still work but its the high and low beam lights. The lights will blink a few times then stay off. The vehicle can be in motion or sitting still. I have taken it to the dealer and researched online and it looks to be a required replacement of the tipm module which is a very expensive fix. Also looking at the online forums, it seems to be a problem with this module on a lot of vehicles. I have taken it to the dealership and they have diagnosed it to the tipm. I believe since this is an issue with multiple vehicles, chrysler needs to recall these tipms since this is an issue with multiple people.
