Description of the problem	The headlights intermittently work, but mostly do not light up whether turning on the headlights using the main switch. When attempting to turn on the headlights, the lights will flicker several times and then go out. My wife was driving home from the grocery store and the police pulled her over and asked why she was driving down the interstate at night with her headlamps off. My wife noticed, but thought a headlamp had burned out. My wife setup an appointment at a experienced mechanic who shot the wires and did not identify any issues with the headlamp switch assembly or the wires. We have an appointment with dodge dealership in a few days, however, reading online this is a problem that could entail a circuit deficiency within the total integrated power management (tipm) module. We just purchased the van from a toyota dealership 2 months ago and this is very unacceptable that the headlights intermittently work. The van is grounded from operation at night and during inclement weather conditions as this is a very unsafe condition.
