Description of the problem	I was driving down the road around dusk, when the headlights suddenly turned off. All parking lights, interior lights and radio worked. However, i had no low beam or high beam headlights. This issue keeps recurring every month or two for the last 1. 5yrs and nobody seems to know the cause. When taken to be looked at the headlights seem to work fine and the problem can't be duplicated at that time. I have noticed if the tipm is jiggled and the van is restarted, they will work fine again for about 1hr or so. Very frustrating and extremely dangerous for my family and other people on the road.
