Description of the problem	The vehicle cuts off at normal operating speed on bumpy surfaces or after going over bumps in the road. Vehicle lost power steering, braking, and the engine cuts off. This resulted in and emergency exit from the lane of travel. This has happened multiple times over the past 12 months.
