Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2010 dodge grand caravan. While driving approximately 45 mph, the electronic control system warning indicator illuminated and the steering ability, braking, and acceleration seized. The contact coasted the vehicle to a parking lot. When the vehicle was turned off and restarted, the contact drove home. The vehicle was taken to nichols dodge in burlington, north carolina in october of 2017 for a tipm issue.
