Description of the problem	When driving vehicle, vehicle stalled out and steering wheel became difficult to steer. When vehicle put in park, we were able to re-start. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Two day previous car stalled out while driving on a flat surface at about 35 mph. Steering wheel locked up and had to stop in center turn land completely, put in park, and re-start vehicle.
