Description of the problem	My van was repaired under a factory recall on march 21, 2016. On paper, it's called "r-03 ignition mode". Prior to that the car would have trouble starting, sometimes not able to start it at all. The repair fixed it and i was issued a new key. About a year ago, it started again. This time though, it always starts after it turns over for 3-10 seconds. Occasionally it won't start the first time but always starts on the second try. We have had it to a mechanic over the past year three different time, and they all think it's a problem that the dealership needs to handle. They have not been able to find the problem despite us spending over $500 replacing things they thought it might be. I have tried using the other key and the same problem happens. The problem has gotten worse over the months. At first it would only do it once in awhile. For the past six months at least, it does it every time i try to start the car.
