Description of the problem	The engine will cut off while the vehicle is driving. It does not stall or sputter to a stop, it is an immediate cut off. The vehicle has a brand new battery, and the alternator and starter passed inspection and tested fine. When the engine stops, we attempt to start it back up but the engine doesn't turn over. It will eventually start back up after a few minutes.
