| Description of the problem | Several times in late june & early july all electrically operated equipment in our 2010 dodge caravan quit working. During a recent heavy downpour our 21 year old son was driving on a major highway in rush-hour traffic when the wipers, defroster and power windows all quit working. Unable to see out of the windshield or put the driver's side window down he did his best to cross two lanes of traffic and pull over and stop. Fortunately this very dangerous maneuver was successful and he survived the situation shaken but unscathed. We took the vehicle into the dealership and they replaced a faulty tipm.
