Description of the problem	While driving vehicle in a residential area at 20 mph the vehicle shut off (engine stopped running, lost power steering, lost power brakes and im guessing the air bags). Immediately checked the ignition and observed the key to be securely in the "on" position (it did not move to the accessory position). Was able to immediately restart vehicle. Took vehicle to dodge dealership and they did not find any problem with the ignition. There were no error codes in the vehicle computer. Dealership suggested removing all extra keys/key rings... So did so. Approximately 2 weeks later, with only the car key securely in the ignition (no key rings, etc) again while driving in a residential area at 20 mph the vehicle shut off (engine stopped running, lost power steering, lost power brakes and im guessing the air bags) and almost ran a stop sign. Immediately checked the ignition and observed the key to be securely in the "on" position (it did not move to the accessory position). This recurring issue is going to result in a death. Dodge needs to address this issue immediately.
