| Description of the problem | While driving the ignition switch turned off and resulted in a loss of power steering and brakes. Vehicle was in heavy traffic and almost caused a multiple car pileup. This has been happening for months. Dodge charged me $89 to diagnose and the result was the dealer told me to get an oil change and my radiator cap might be leaking. I contacted dodge corporate escalating to a manager with no results. My wife and kids could have been killed. I was forced to trade to vehicle which costs me lots of money loss. Dodge did not care and either did the dealer. There are no other keys on the key ring to interfere. |
