| Description of the problem | Passenger side rear door electrical harness appears to have shorted and melted the interior. Similar to 10v235000 recall. This vin is not covered by that recall but is from the same year. Possible catastrophic fire could result if plastic reached specific temperature to alight. Burning plastic smell was noted during 4 hour drive. Headache and mild nausea resulted from the smell. Smell reminded owner of burned wiring in the lab. |
