Description of the problem	The car won't crank on the first try, but after 2 or 3 more times it will crank. Now there is a smell of fuel in the garage after the vehicle is no longer running. After 15 min. Tried to crank the car again and it won't crank. The starter, alternator, and battery both check out to be great. Also notice that the window wipers wipe slow or don't wipe at all when fob is set to the on position.
