Description of the problem	2009 dodge caravan modified by the braun corporation to include a manual ramp for wheelchair passengers was traveling on a 2 lane icy bridge and was unable to stop for a 1997 chevy truck that had already slid out on the bridge and was left sitting across both lanes. The dodge caravan hit the vehicle head on with such force that the driver had the parts from an artificial hip come out.
