Description of the problem	While driving or parked & turned off with no one near the van, the engine starts, the horn starts blaring, the wipers turn on full blast, the wiper fluid shoots out, and lights wont work! At first, we could disconnect battery or relay & it would stop. The last time, we had to disconnect alternator. This is a major safety issue!
