Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2008 dodge grand caravan. While the vehicle was parked the contact was adding air to the rear passenger side tire when the threaded portion of the valve stem snapped off. The contact stated that the failure occurred on the rear drivers side tire three weeks later. The tire pressure light was illuminated on the dashboard.
