Description of the problem	This is concerning our 2008 dodge grand caravan that was modified by ams vans inc; vin number is [xxx]. The rear axle beam currently has two fractures in it, which makes the vehicle unsafe to drive. I recently took the van into an auto shop for diagnostics because the rear wheels were making noises. Upon further inspection, we noticed the rear axle had two severe fractures along the c-channel, which makes the vehicle unsafe to drive.
