Description of the problem	2008 dodge grand caravan. 90,000 miles on vehicle. Heard a grinding noise coming from rear when brakes are applied. Investigated and found both rear wheels, inside discs pads were completely worn. Outside pads were still good. Replaced pads and rotors. Believe its the design of the calipers, never seen caliper pistons that turned out when brakes are applied. Had to have a special tool to turn the pistons back in to replace pads. I don
