| Description of the problem | High pitch sound turned out to be brake pads need replaced. Service man is surprised that the pads are worn out with only 21k miles on the van. Rear rotors also rusting bad. I found out that this is a common complaint. Chrysler dodge should upgrade the brakes so the pads will not wear out fast. The pads are also very expensive compared to other vehicles. Are they going to wait until an accident happens before the brake is fixed? |
