Description of the problem	My car turned off completely when the key fob turned by itself. My vehicle narrowly missed being rear ended by a tractor trailer, whose driver jumped out screaming at me. I reported the problem to the dealer and he said car had been recalled for that problem, they did not have the part. I drove from sc to nj! Scary. Recall number is l25/nhtsa14v-373. I also reported this to chrysler on sept 25, 2014. My case number is 8r117647. My van turned off a second time. I have contacted chrysler three times on this matter and they have no idea when the part will be available. They refused to pay for a rental car saying that the part would be available anywhere from a few weeks to up to a year. Your website says that the part is available but my dealership said they do not have the part as of today. Can you please help? I am scared to death to be out driving. Any help would be appreciated.
