Description of the problem	My vehicles windshield wipers will automatically come on and the instrument panel will flash or go to zero while operating the van. My van has also stalled while driving at low speeds. This happens anywhere from a few times a week to severals times a day. I've had the dealer look at my vehicle and a non -dealer mechanic and neither can find a problem. I have researched on the internet and found thousands of people with the same complaint. I am afraid sometimes that my vehicle will stall while crossing a busy intersection and cause an accident.
