Description of the problem	I was sitting in a parking lot with the van idling. All of a sudden the horn started blaring, hazards started flashing, wipers (front & back) were going at full speed. This went on for roughly 3 minutes (felt like a half hour). I tried everything to stop it, but nothing worked. I took the key out of the ignition, but the engine kept running. This happened twice (same scenario) in a span of 10 minutes. This is absurd, and i have read many complaints on this issue.
