Description of the problem	The instrument panel on our 2008 dodge grand caravan will blink off and on, the windshield wipers will go off and on when they are in the off position. The speedometer and tach will "jump" back and forth and the chime will go off each time this happens. I have lost the ability to unlock the doors and roll down the windows from the drivers door also. This does not happen all the time but it has become more frequent the last couple days. No error codes come up when a scan was completed on it which it makes more difficult to pinpoint a cause with the dealer.
