Description of the problem	I received the recall in the mail and went to the dodge dealer over a year ago and never heard a thing from them again. Recall r03 / nhtsa 14v-373. Sometimes i have to put the van in netural to start the van. It stopped on me while i was out (parked) and firestone advised me to start the van this way because nothing was wrong otherwise. Sometimes my rear window will close itself.
