Description of the problem	I received the recall notice r03/nhtsa 14v-373 over a year ago. I immediately contacted the dealership in ithaca, ny, as my vehicle had had this problem (engine shut off while driving) many times. I was told that they would order the parts and get back to me and that is might be a "few months". Over a year later not a word. My husband contacted a different dealership in auburn, ny several months ago and was told the same thing. Still have not heard a word. I have 3 children that regularly ride in this vehicle and having the vehicle shut off when you are driving 55 mph on the highway and you lose your power steering is a little unnerving to say the least. Seems like the recall is a farce and no one is actually getting the repair.
