Description of the problem	I was sent a notice of "important safety recall" by fiat chrysler automobiles regarding my vehicle's wireless ignition node module; ref: r03/nhtsa 14v-373. This was issued in october, 2014; i received the notice some months later. Despite several calls to my local dodge chrysler dealer, i have been unable to have this safety hazard repaired. Every call to rairdon's chrysler jeep dodge of bellingham, wa has resulted in the same answer: "we don't have the parts and have no idea when we will get them." as directed by the recall notice in the case that my dealer "fails or is unable to remedy this defect... Within a reasonable time," i am contacting you for assistance. Fiat chrysler automobiles notified me in a timely manner about this hazard, but the local dealer appears not to be concerned about it. I thank you in advance for any assistance that you may be able to provide. Please note that my vehicle has so far not appeared to suffer the unintended engine shut off described in the recall.
