Description of the problem	We have had numerous dash light and wiper issues. 1) many dash lights stayed on after start and while driving. Abs, tc, airbag, others. Disconnected and reconnected battery and issue went away. 2) started van and dash lights stayed on and wiper started going with the switch off. Problem happened 3 times when starting van and then it went away. 3) started van - dash lights stayed on. While driving the abs did not seem to work. Drove home. Restarted the van. Problem disappeared. Abs seems to be working. We did not have these types of problems before they replaced the win in june 2015. This was l25/r03 recall.
