Description of the problem	I received a safety recall for my vehicle (ignition switch) earlier this summer, around june. I called my dealer and they said they can not get the parts. I emailed recalls. Mopar. Com and they said the dealer should be able to get the parts. I called back to the dealer and they said go to another dealer which i would have to find one myself. Basically they did not want to know about it. Keller dodge in lititz, pa is my dealer. Yesterday the ignition switch which had been giving me trouble failed altogether leaving my vehicle inoperable and not at home. Note: i could not enter a date in the space above - 08/20/2015
