Description of the problem	Upon starting my vehicle, the fobik sometimes does not fully seat in the "on" position. Sometimes i cannot start my vehicle because the fobik will stick before allowing me to fully turn the key. Sometime it will stick where i cannot shut the engine office or the fobik will seat itself into the ignition whereby i cannot remove it. I received a recall notice two years ago. The recall notice stated that dealers did not have the part available. I have yet to be contacted that this part is now available. I have also experienced problems with the cooling system. This has included leaks inside my vehicle, loss of fluid, and fan noise. I've had system repaired numerous times to no avail. Is there a recall on the cooling system as well?
