Description of the problem	The horn blows, wipers start, doors lock, if the engine is running it will not shut off. You have to open the hood and hit the fuse box to make it stop. We have taken it in to be checked and they tell us their is nothing wrong. Apparently this is a problem with this van and chrysler will not do anything about it.
